Terms and Conditions
Designs may be submitted for
OMA Formats.
Artwork must have been displayed between
31st December 2007
(Cycle 1 2008) and 3rd January 2010 (Cycle 26 2009).
- An agency may only submit campaigns handled by that agency and with the
knowledge and endorsement of the advertiser.
Entries restricted to bona fide
client (as opposed to industry promotion) campaigns.
- Each submission should comply with specifications outlined on the relevant entry
form.
- A simple majority decision of the judging panel is sufficient to decide the
Awards and shall not be open to challenge.
- Artwork must have run on formats
belonging to the OMA members.
- A correctly completed entry form must be e-mailed with appropriate
attachments to the Outdoor Awards e-mail address.
- Reference to the payment / cheque number must be made with each entry via
e-mail.

- It is a condition of entry that case studies entered may be used in the public
domain by the OMA.
- Closing date for entries is Friday 12th March 2010.
